This weekend I visited Lincoln to look at the University there. On my journey there, I took some pictures of the nature around me to give my partner and I some inspiration for our digipak designs.
My partner and I went around our local area this week to take pictures of locations that could be used in our digipak, magazine and could also be a location used when filming our music video.
After taking the pictures we had a look at which ones would look the best and which ones would not fit as well.
We found that the pictures of the leaves scattered across the ground did not quite give a pop to the photo, whilst the photos of gathered leaves and close-ups of single leaves were more powerful and were more eye-catching.
We found, when putting the pictures next to the typography we have chosen for the band, that the pictures of orange and brown leaves fitted better with the style of the band, compared to the green leaves.
